Presentation
The global economy requires all companies to strengthen their competitive capabilities to innovate. Thus, innovation in services aimed at new or existing markets are decisive factors when competing.

Note: Participants who pass this program will have direct access to the Masters offered by Unit Graduate School of Industrial Engineering, if they meet the admission requirements established by the University.

Objectives
Provide participants with recent methods and tools for innovation management in service companies, focused on identifying consumer needs and trends.
