Will present the conceptualization needed in modern project management including topics such as definition, objectives, attributes and life cycle of a project. Then delve into the project as key topics: Planning, programming and control of project planning and cost performance, theory of constraints applied to project management. Also describe the characteristics and profile of the project team and its proper management. Then it examines the process of project management and communication and documentation. Finally, we present some topics related to project management, time management, cost management, quality management and planning of risk management. Over the course will be used as a reference the approach to Project Management Institute (PMI).
Note: Participants who pass this program will have direct access to the Masters offered by Unit Graduate School of Industrial Engineering, if they meet the admission requirements established by the University.
Train participants in the integrated management of projects considering aspects such as resources, time, cost, quality and risks.
Train participants in both the conceptualization of project management in the identification of needs, based on the definition of objectives, planning and project schedule.
Provide methodologies and tools to formulate, implement and monitor the program.
To familiarize the participant using a project management software.
The theoretical course is practical, theoretical classes are complemented with readings and assignments outside of class that will delve into the use and application of tools and techniques provided in class. The course will consist of 7 sessions of 3 hours each, which will address the agenda detailed in the thematic and the students also know, should study the issues prior to each session.
