DIPLOMA IN: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The changes being experienced nowadays create new challenges. Facing them successfully requires companies to get renewed in two key areas, such as welfare services and ways of organizing work, these should be the essential themes of the chore of Human Resources.
Enterprises have to face unusual performance challenges, it is therefore essential to have flexibility in work organization, in labour force, and to count on people and teams prepared to deal with these challenges competitively. Given this reality, the human resources management is critical to businesses feasibility and development.
Within this context, the UNMSM offers these professionals, through the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, a program that understands the personal and organizational development as a whole, and places the Human Resources professional under the mission of keeping them integrated into all business processes

To provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to safely cope with challenges in the Human Resources Management for enhancing their efficiency and productivity and create competitive advantages through the actions of individuals.

Professionals interested in specializing in the area of improving HR management strategies and developing talent within the organization. Heads or Area Coordinators who wish to assume leadership positions in the HR area. Entrepreneurs who want to consolidate their work experience.

The methodology is Semi-face.

Classes will take place in three modules of study, including expository sessions complemented with supporting materials and lectures, training in the form of e-learning and workshops cases for the application of course content in real experiences.
