OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS


Develop skills and abilities to manage the operational processes of the company through new techniques and tools that have coped successfully with the new market demands and increased business competitiveness.

Students graduating from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos. Also, professionals interested in continuing to enrich their knowledge.

The program includes keynote presentations, presenting case studies, and application workshops.

Industrial Engineer. Masters in Industrial Engineering. Specializing in Operations Management and Costs in production and service companies. Consulting experience in process improvement and cost systems in states such as PRONAA PROMPEX, Kleid, BEFESA, MOVING SYSTEMS, CAFAE ESSALUD.
General Manager of Publishing and Printing Center of San Marcos University.

Mechanical Engineer. Specializing in TQM (Total Quality Management) in Japan and trained in Germany and Colombia. Six Sigma Green Belt Executive (NSCU, USA. UU.)
with extensive experience as advisor, consultant and trainer for leading companies such as Alicorp SA, Yanacocha, Cementos Lima, Barrick, Enersur, Luz del Sur, Southern Peru, Good Year, etc.


Module 3: Managing the Supply Chain

Teacher: Ing. Jorge Roca Becerra
Industrial Engineer. Masters in Operations Management and Logistics.
Executive with extensive experience in warehouse management, distribution, transportation and shopping. Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management.


Note: Participants who pass this program can access the Qualification Process through the Degree Dissertation Mode, provided that they meet the requirements set by the University.

Payment is made in a single armed before the start of the program, and is made in Dollars in the Office of Economics at the School of Industrial Engineering UNMSM, or Savings Account No. 000270016684 Bank Financial on behalf of the Faculty Industrial Engineering-San Marcos University, the concept of payment: 172-325. The enrollment of the participant is registered with the delivery of the duly completed registration form, enclosing the original receipt, the Office of Graduate Unit FII-UNMSM.
